You represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent from any individuals whose photos or personal information you upload to the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of others' images complies with applicable laws and does not violate any third-party rights.
The Service, including its design, logos, graphics, code, and all other materials (excluding User Content), is owned by Based Legends and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASED LEGENDS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50 USD), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Based Legends and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also provide notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
